Grown Ups 2, the sequel to the successful comedy blockbuster Grown Ups, debuts in cinema with an all-star cast. Lenny Feder (Adam Sandler) along with his family return to the small town where he and his friends Eric Lamonsoff, Kurt McKenzie and Marcus Higgins grew up.

This time the clan makes enemies with a fraternity group and soon a battle of young versus old emerges. On top of that, the boys seem to have their own problems on the sidelines and we see how their kids ‘grow up’ too.

For a large part of the film, we watch a recently retired Lenny and his lifelong buddies complain about their wives (despite their being super-hot!), ogle the young hotties in the town and mourn the good old days of high school.

The movie was released on July 12th and has been slammed by movie critics, much like its predecessor. Elizabeth Weitzman of the New York Daily News said: "Like most Adam Sandler movies, it’s exactly like most Adam Sandler movies... This movie stars all Sandler’s buddies and gleefully embraces lowbrow crudity even while promoting loving family values."

The film became Adam Sandler’s first sequel in his acting career. The movie grossed $154 million at the box office, representing a profit of $80 million.

Starring: Adam Sandler, Kevin James, Chris Rock, David Spade, Salma Hayek, Maya Rudolph, Maria Bello, Nick Swardson and Taylor Lautner.
